To initiate a refund, go to the order page and click on the Resolution Center option. Here, you can outline the issue and request a resolution. Pikolance encourages buyers and sellers to resolve disputes amicably, but if an agreement cannot be reached, the platform’s support team will review the case.

Refunds are typically processed if the seller has not delivered the work or if the delivered work does not match the agreed-upon terms. Payments held in escrow are protected, ensuring your funds are safe until the dispute is resolved.
